自108年3月8日起（簽發植物檢疫證明書之日期）暫停紐西蘭奧克蘭市Northcote地區內昆士蘭果實蠅緊急防治區所產鮮果實輸入，紐西蘭產輸臺鮮果實，植物檢疫證明書除應加註原有之檢疫條件外，另應依下列事項辦理，否則不得輸入：

1. 鮮果實採用符合我國「植物或植物產品運輸途中經由特定疫病蟲害疫區輸入檢疫作業辦法」之防蟲包裝方式者，始得途經昆士蘭果實蠅緊急防治區，其所檢附之輸出植物檢疫證明書另應加註「該批鮮果非產自昆士蘭果實蠅緊急防治區，且非於緊急防治區內進行包裝。」（The fruit was neither produced nor packed in the New Zealand Government designated Queensland fruit fly Export Restriction Zones.）
2. 鮮果實未採上述防蟲包裝方式輸臺者，不得途經昆士蘭果實蠅緊急防治區；其所檢附之植物檢疫證明書上另應加註「該批鮮果非產自昆士蘭果實蠅緊急防治區，亦非於緊急防治區內進行包裝，且未途經緊急防治區。」（The fruit was neither produced nor packed in the New Zealand Government designated Queensland fruit fly Export Restriction Zones, and the shipment did not pass through the Export Restriction Zones unless pest-proofed.）(108.3.8防檢四字第1081493197號函)
