觀音檢疫站的核心業務是隔離檢疫國外輸入之犬貓非醫療機構，其目的為防止法定動物傳染病入侵我國，隔離期間除飼主探視時外，犬貓均需待在隔離廄位內。
Guanyin inspection Station is mainly a quarantine isolation facility for those Dogs/Cats imported from foreign countries(zones) instead of a medical institution. The purpose is to prevent the Infectious Animal Diseases(Rabies) from invading Taiwan. During the quarantine period, except for the visiting, dogs/cats need to stay in their quarantine space.
隔離檢疫期間之犬貓，每日均進行臨床觀察並紀錄健康狀況。另外如與隔離檢疫非相關之物品盡量不要攜帶進入。
During the quarantine, dogs/cats would be examined their health status everyday. Please do not bring anything not related to quarantine.
◆隔離檢疫犬貓之會客探視，調整為隔離7天當中，週一至週五可預約探視1次（國定假日除外），
探視時間為14：00~15：30，並請於2 天前向檢疫區獸醫師預約。
The owner can arrange to visit once from Monday to Friday(except for national holiday) during the 7-day quarantine. The visiting time is from 14:00 to 15:30. Please make an appointment at least 2 days before the visiting.
◆隔離檢疫規費繳交，飼主可至全國超商【 7-ELEVEN 、全家、萊爾富、OK】、農漁會信用部、郵局、臺灣銀行 、
自動提款機、網路銀行、網路 ATM 、電話（隨身）銀行及他行匯款等方式繳費。
The owner can pay the quarantine fee through convenience store(7-ELEVEN、Familymart、Hi-Life、OK), FATCA, Post office, Bank of Taiwan, ATM, Web bank, Web ATM, Telephone bank, and other way to make a remittance.
