＊Comply with the regulation：Transport under supervision to qualified isolate quarantine farm to carry on quarantine procedures. The dead chicks should be disinfected. Issue the health certification after receiving the isolate quarantine record.
＊Not comply with the regulation：Notification for Rejection (forbidden importation)

(1) Permit for importation from APHIA
(2) Permit for isolate quarantine farm from APHIA
(3) Original quarantine certification issued by export country
(4) Bill of Lading & Delivery Order
(5) Bill of Entry
(6) Invoice & packing list
3.The chicks shall be detained in quarantine for 10 days, and will be prolonged if necessary. The local animal disease prevention unit should be noticed two days before the end of quarantine period.
