Techniques for Quarantine Treatment for the Export of Fruits
In order to comply with the phytosanitary standards of importing countries, we have been providing quarantine treatment methods aimed at eliminating Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel and Bactrocera cucurbitae Coquillett, which are considered the most concerning quarantine pests for many importing countries. These methods include cold treatment, vapor heat treatment, and a combination of both. The successful application of these methods has significantly facilitated the export of Taiwan’s fruits.
