• Manage and monitor domestic slaughterhouses.
• Carry out meat inspection and surveys in slaughterhouses.

◎Accomplishment in total, 65 slaughterhouses (16 for livestock and 49 for poultry) are under the jurisdiction of the Taichung branch office.
